Set in the rural midwest town of Middleton, Wisconsin, Cross Lutheran Church navigated construction in the midst of COVID-19 in order to finally have a building to call their own. A small, community-minded congregation, they wanted a building design to match their warmth and welcome.

Stonewood’s Vertical Siding fastening system allowed the church to create a unique vertical plank facade versus the traditional horizontal look. The warm woodgrains combined with chic solid colors brought a pleasant and unique feel to the building. Because Stonewood panels are USA made, they were the ideal choice for building within tight installation schedules and mitigate supply chain concerns.
