Tudor Park Business Plaza is an Anchorage icon from the late 80’s. Although the building had lost its architectural appeal, the location and infrastructure remained viable, so the owner opted for an extensive remodel- focusing primarily on an exterior shell overhaul. Stonewood Architectural Panels were chosen for the exterior design, because of their competitive pricing, fast delivery, easy installation, and extensive design offering.

Over 550 panels and 1,450 planks were installed over 2” insulation and energy efficient fiber glass girts. First, the black aluminum attachment system was installed directly on the fiberglass girts, then Stonewood panels in various colors and sizes adorned the building exterior. The architect utilized the stylistic benefit of multiple colors and module sizes to give the building a much-needed update.
